Ralph Rucci is one of the most talented American designers working today, but his name is more typically associated with socialites than starlets. Until now. Michelle Dockery (“Downton Abbey”) looked smoldering in a vintage black Ralph Rucci gown with sheer cutouts revealing the contours of her side cleavage. Yes, side cleavage, and in a good way.
