VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” topped the list of most Tweeted-about TV shows for the first week of July, creating more buzz than rival reality shows “The Bachelorette” and “Big Brother.”

The episode “Mistake at the Lake,” which focused on a wild weekend at the lake house, produced 361,626 Tweets. “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” narrowly edged out MTV’s “Catfish: The TV Show,” which deals with the complexities of dating in the digital age. It generated nearly 360,000 comments on Twitter.

Fireworks produced plenty of pop on Twitter -- even the televised variety. NBC’s broadcast of Macy’s Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular rounded out the top 10 most Tweeted about TV shows, garnering more than 66,000 Tweets.

The results for the week of July 1 through July 7 were talled by SocialGuide, a Nielsen company that analyzes Twitter conversations across 239 TV channels.
