In the immortal words of Ursula the sea witch, “life’s full of tough choices, innit?”

Fans of Disney’s animated feature “The Little Mermaid” now have another opportunity to catch the upcoming live concert screening at the Hollywood Bowl, with producers adding a second performance due to what they described as “overwhelming demand.”

The new performance is scheduled for Friday, June 3, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m., and the screening set to start at 8:00 p.m. As previously announced, there will be a performance on June 4 at the same times.

Tickets for both performances are scheduled to go on sale starting Saturday.

“The Little Mermaid” will screen at the Bowl with a live, 71-piece orchestra and chorus, led by conductor Michael Kosarin, who worked on the 2008 Broadway musical version of the Disney movie.

Singer Sara Bareilles will provide the live singing vocals for the mermaid Ariel, with Rebel Wilson taking the role of Ursula, the squid-like villainess who ensnares the young heroine in her diabolical plot.

The celebrity cast also includes Darren Criss as Prince Eric and John Stamos as Chef Louis. Tituss Burgess will play the crab Sebastian, a role he previously incarnated in the Broadway version. Norm Lewis will play King Triton, and Joshua Colley will play Ariel’s fish friend Flounder.

Organizers said there will be a costume contest, fireworks and other family-friendly events.

Alan Menken, who composed the score and co-wrote the songs with the late Howard Ashman, is set to open the performances. The multiple Oscar winner will perform a medley of songs he has written for various Disney movies.

The performances will also feature some of the songs from the Broadway version of “The Little Mermaid,” with music by Menken and lyrics by Glenn Slater.
