Unboxing Samsung Galaxy S 4 [Video Chat]

The Samsung Galaxy S 4 went on sale this past weekend, and we have our hands on one.

The device is the follow-up to last year’s highly successful Galaxy S III smartphone and it’s also Samsung’s response to the iPhone 5.

The new flagship smartphone features a 5-inch screen, a 13-megapixel camera and runs on a powerful 1.9GHz quad-core processor. The phone is also loaded with a bevy of software features, including an infrared TV remote, a variety of camera features and the ability to scroll through photos by waving a hand in front of the device.

The GS4 is available now in stores from AT&T as well at Radio Shack, which carries AT&T and Sprint versions of the device. AT&T is offering the device for $200 with a two-year contract, while Sprint sells it for $250 with a two-year contract.

The Samsung smartphone can also be purchased from T-Mobile online for $150 down plus 24 payments of $20, or $630 total, for “well-qualified” buyers.

Verizon has said it will release the phone in stores on May 30, but it can be pre-ordered online now for $250 with a two-year contract. Buyers can get $50 off after mailing in a rebate.
