Actress Olivia Wilde lists Los Feliz home for $2.495 million
“House M.D.” actress Olivia Wilde has listed her home in Los Feliz for sale at $2.495 million
The Spanish villa, built in 1929, features a courtyard entry, original Malibu tile, stained glass, wood floors and beamed ceilings. There are French doors, a screening room with a bar, a library/study, four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in the 3,284-square-foot two-story home. The terraced grounds includes a gazebo.
Wilde, 28, was a regular on “House” from 2007-12. She will star in the upcoming films “Black Dog, Red Dog,” “Better Living Through Chemistry” and “The Longest Week.”
Public records show Wilde bought the property last year for $2.295 million. She is selling because she has relocated to the East Coast.
Judy Cycon of Rodeo Realty and Harriet Cameron and Nikki Joel of Prudential’s Sherman Oaks office are the listing agents.
