‘CSI’ writer and producer Elizabeth Devine lists La Cañada Flintridge home at $2.3 million
“CSI” writer and producer Elizabeth Devine has listed her home in La Cañada Flintridge at $2.3 million.
The Tudor house, built in 1935, sits on two-thirds of an acre with a rose garden, a guesthouse and a swimming pool. The main house features a mahogany foyer, a sun room and an English pub in the family room. There are five bedrooms, five bathrooms and about 4,360 square feet of living space.
Devine has been a writer and producer for “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” and “CSI: Miami” for more than a decade.
She is planning to downsize in the area as her three children are grown and no longer live at home full time.
Public records show she bought the property in 2006 for $2.647 million.
Anne Sanborn of Sotheby’s International Realty is the listing agent.
