Aziz Ansari of ‘Parks and Recreation’ buys home in Los Feliz
Aziz Ansari of “Parks and Recreation” has bought a house in Los Feliz for $2,686,950 from director Andrew Douglas.
Designed by Buff & Hensman, the Mid-Century Modern post-and-beam home features an inner courtyard that leads to a two-story central hall, 20-foot vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and walls of glass. A living room/dining area and den/study sit on either side of the kitchen. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and more than 3,000 square feet of living space.
Sliding glass doors open to an outdoor living room patio with a spa, wood deck, built-in barbecue and swimming pool. A walled-in Zen-inspired garden includes a wood deck conversation area.
Grandest pool around? Malibu has it
Actor and comedian Ansari, 30, has starred on the sitcom since 2009. Douglas’ directing credits include “The Amityville Horror” (2005).
The property previously changed hands in 2007 for $2.15 million.
