Another month, another uptick in home prices across the Southland. The Greater Los Angeles area saw its median sale price for single-family homes climb to $543,000 in the month of April, a 6.5% increase from the previous year, according to CoreLogic. Here’s a look at what roughly that amount buys.
Long Beach
