Riverside County, long a playground of Hollywood stars and entrepreneurs, saw its median price for single-family homes climb to $325,000 in April, a 4.8% increase over the previous year, according to CoreLogic. Here’s a look at the homes that top the area’s ultra-high-end market.

LA QUINTA: Designed by architect Kristi Hanson, this contemporary estate within the Madison Club community features, among other things, a 3,000-gallon saltwater aquarium complete with 300 fish.
