Zac Efron puts Hollywood Hills West home up for sale
Zac Efron has put his chic home in Hollywood Hills West up for sale at $2.849 million.
Originally designed for the Case Study Program by Rodney Walker, the home was eventually built in 1947 and has been updated with an industrial vibe. Features include walls of glass, two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2,424 square feet of living space. The concrete floors in the open-concept house are heated.
There is an infinity-edge swimming pool on the nearly third-acre lot.
Efron, 26, became a teen heartthrob in the films “High School Musical” and “Hairspray,” as well as the TV series “Summerland.” The actor and singer starred this year in “That Awkward Moment” and will be in “Neighbors,” set for May release. He was a presenter this year at the 86thAcademy Awards.

The actor has an eye for Midcentury Modern homes. He bought a Hollywood Hills home built in 1964 last fall for $3.995 million.
The property last changed hands in 2008 for $2.35 million.
