Vince Vaughn buys Kate Bosworth’s house in Hollywood Hills West
Vince Vaughn bought a Hollywood Hills West home from Kate Bosworth for $2.375 million.
Set at the end of a long gated driveway, the updated home was built in 1955 and sits on more than half an acre. Patio space, decks, greenery and a lap pool surround the 2,890-square-foot house, which has canyon and green-belt views.
There’s an office, three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Vaughn, 44, has starred in such films as “Delivery Man” (2013), “Wedding Crashers” (2005) and “Old School” (2003). He is working on several movies for next year including the crime drama “Term Life.”
He also owns homes in La Canada Flintridge and Manhattan Beach, where he bought former USC football coach Lane Kiffin’s house, as well as a penthouse in Chicago.
Bosworth, 31, starred in “Big Sur” (2013), “Straw Dogs” (2011) and “Superman Returns” (2006).
She bought the property in 2005 for $2.1 million, public records show.
Hat tip goes to Real Estalker for breaking the news that Vaughn was the buyer.
Sally Forster Jones and Daniel M. Weiser of John Aaroe Group were the listing agents. Karen Lower of Coldwell Banker represented Vaughn.
