Tom Felton of ‘Harry Potter’ fame looks to part with his Hollywood Hills West home
Actor Tom Felton, who played Draco Malfoy in the “Harry Potter” film franchise, has put his home in Hollywood Hills West on the market for $1.449 million.
The single-story home, built in 1923 and since updated, features an open floor plan of more than 1,700 square feet of living space. Large picture windows in the living room and eat-in kitchen bring in a view of the grounds. A den has a wall of built-in bookshelves.
The master suite has one of two fireplaces and an upgraded bathroom for a total of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A detached guesthouse/studio with its own kitchen and bathroom also lies within the grounds.
Outdoors, the fenced and hedged setting centers on a long swimming pool lined with decorative tile. A covered porch/patio sits off the front of the home.
Felton bought the house two years ago for $1.275 million, records show.
Eli Karon of Teles Properties holds the listing.
The 29-year-old Felton has television and film credits that include “Rise of the Planet of the Apes” (2011), “Against the Sun” (2014) and the series “Murder in the First.” More recently he appeared in the CW superhero show “The Flash.”
