Comedic actor Tim Allen lists home in Hollywood Hills West
Actor Tim Allen, who stars in the sitcom “Last Man Standing,” has listed a home in Hollywood Hills West for sale at $1.95 million.
Set among pine trees, the 1963 ranch-style house features open-plan living areas, wide-plank pine floors, a stone fireplace, a den, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,604 square feet of living space. The kitchen island seats 10.
Wall-to-wall windows with French doors open to a deck with an al fresco dining area. The yard also contains a fire pit and an outdoor shower. The single-story home sits on just under a third of an acre.
Allen, 62, gained television fame as Tim “The Tool Man” Taylor on the ‘90s sitcom “Home Improvement.” He also starred in “The Santa Clause” films and was the voice of Buzz Lightyear in the “Toy Story” series.
He paid $1.4 million for the property two years ago.
