Hot Property: Thomas Tull lists his Calabasas mansion at $11.5 million

Thomas Tull, chairman and chief executive of Legendary Pictures, has listed his estate in Calabasas at $11.5 million.

Set at the end of a cul-de-sac in a gated community, the property encompasses an acre with a 14,218-square-foot main house, a one-bedroom guest house, a swimming pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen and expansive lawns.

Among features of the French country-style mansion are a temperature-controlled wine cellar and tasting room, a two-story library, a screening room/theater, two offices, a game room, a music room, a gym, a sauna, five bedrooms, nine full bathrooms and three powder rooms.

Among Tull’s producer and executive producer credits are the recently released “Godzilla,” “Man of Steel” (2013), the “Dark Knight” films, the “Hangover” movies and “Inception” (2010). He is also a minority owner of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

He had the house built in 2006 and bought the site the year before for $2.27 million, public records show.
