‘America’s Got Talent’ winner Terry Fator lists his Vegas estate for $2 million
Read his lips: Ventriloquist and comedian Terry Fator, who won the second season of “America’s Got Talent,” is ready to part ways with his home in Las Vegas. He’s put the roughly two-acre estate on the market for $1,999,900.
Set behind wrought iron gates, near a mansion once owned by singer-entertainer Wayne Newton, the home has a circular drive that swings around a waterfall/pond feature and through a porte-cochere.
Inside, the 7,515 square feet home opens to a step-down living room flanked on three sides by rows of stone pillars. A formal dining room with a mirrored ceiling, a family room, a center-island kitchen, a den/office, a home theater and a wet bar are also within the home.
Four bedrooms and five bathrooms include an oversized master suite with a sitting area. In the master bath, a colored lighting feature illuminates glass-tiled steps leading up to a soaking tub.
The grounds feature a swimming pool and spa, a 1,200-square-foot pool/guest house, a built-in barbecue and a putting green. A three-car garage sits off the entrance to the home.
Fator bought the property four years ago from billionaire and Treasure Island Hotel and Casino owner Phil Ruffin for $1.481 million.
Frank Napoli II of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties holds the listing.
Fator, 50, appeared on season two of “America’s Got Talent,” eventually winning the competition series’ top prize. Last month, he and the Mirage agreed to a five-year extension that will keep him as a headliner at the hotel through 2021.
