Robert Pattinson house in Los Feliz up for sale
Robert Pattinson, who stars as a vampire in the “Twilight” films, is quietly shopping his Los Feliz house for sale at $6.75 million, The Times has confirmed.
Word surfaced last week at Real Estalker that the actor is having the 1922 Spanish Colonial estate marketed outside the Multiple Listing Service.
Features of the 4,026-square-foot home include antiqued tile and stone, hand-carved wood and stenciled ceilings, according to details from an earlier listing. The 1.5-acre property features a swimming pool, waterfalls and fountains.
Pattinson, 27, also starred last year in “Cosmopolis” and “Bel Ami.”
He bought the home two years ago for $6.25 million.
