It would appear that there is healthy demand for Rob Dyrdek’s spot in Hollywood Hills West. The home of the professional skateboarder, entrepreneur and television personality is up for sale at $3.495 million and already accepting backup offers, per the Multiple Listing Service.

The contemporary-style house, built in 1977 and since remodeled, sits behind gates on a third of an acre in the coveted Wonderland school district territory. Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors take in vistas of the surrounding canyons, Studio City and the backyard swimming pool and patio area.

The 3,733 square feet of open interiors has a polished look with subdued tones, Brazilian walnut and flannel limestone floors and modern fixtures. Ann Sacks and Walker Zanger tiles add a layers of texture to the living areas.

A great room with a vibrant stacked-stone fireplace, a formal dining area, a sitting area, a den/office and a chef’s kitchen are among the common rooms.

The master suite has a custom walk-in closet, a steam shower and a pair of side-by-side soaking tubs. Sliding glass doors off the master bath open to a raised deck with a hot tub. There are four bedrooms and three bedrooms in all.

Cindy Ambuehl of The Agency is the listing agent.

He bought the house in 2012 for $2.5 million.
