Stefan Kendal Gordy, the singer-dancer-producer better known by his stage name, Redfoo, has put his condominium at the Empire West building in West Hollywood on the market for $2.399 million.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit has been extensively updated and features 1,607 square feet of white-walled living space. Among upgrades are porcelain tile floors, white quartz countertops and smart-home controls.

The new-look kitchen pairs crisp white cabinetry with a reflective backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Pocketing walls of glass open the living room to a private patio for indoor-outdoor entertaining.

Empire West, found on the western end of the Sunset Strip, offers building amenities such as a rooftop pool, valet parking and a private gym. The building has attracted a number of celebrities over the years, including Alyssa Milano, Alan Ladd Jr. and Linda Thompson.

The property last changed hands two years ago for $1.299 million, records show.

Lester Cook of Coldwell Banker Property Shoppe holds the listing.

Gordy, 42, is the youngest son of Motown Records founder Berry Gordy. The multi-talented musician and DJ formed LMFAO in 2006 with his cousin Skyler Austen Gordy, who goes by the stage name Sky Blue. The hip-hop and dance duo released two albums, including the Grammy-nominated “Party Rock” in 2010.
