It’s safe to say that “Vampire Diaries” star Paul Wesley was quick to see interest in his Studio City home.

The Jay Vanos-designed residence was under contract three days after it hit the market and sold in just under a month for $2.3 million. That’s $55,000 over the asking price and $250,000 more than what Wesley paid for the property a year ago — $2.05 million.

Built in 2010 and updated during the actor’s ownership, the two-story contemporary features gallery walls, light bamboo floors and walls of floor-to-ceiling glass that take in city and mountain views. Vaulted ceilings lend a voluminous feel to the 3,240 square feet of interiors.

Open living and dining rooms, a chef’s kitchen with new cabinetry, a library/den and an office are among the common spaces. The master suite has remote-controlled blinds and a fireplace for a total of four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Grounds designed for entertaining feature multiple decks, outdoor lighting and a stone fountain imported from Asia. There’s also a private hiking trail.

Carl Gambino of Westside Estate Agency listed the home on behalf of Wesley. Deedee Howard of The Agency represented the buyer.

The 33-year-old Wesley has appeared on “The Vampire Diaries” since 2009. His other television credits include “Everwood,” “24” and “Army Wives.”

He will appear in the upcoming Kevin Pollak comedy “The Late Bloomer” and next year on the sci-fi flick “Convergence.”
