Former Dodgers GM Paul DePodesta lists high-rise unit in San Diego for sale
Former Dodgers general manager Paul DePodesta, now the vice president of player development and amateur scouting for the New York Mets, has put a high-rise unit in downtown San Diego on the market for about $1.2 million.
Found within the north tower of the Grande complex, the condominium has cherry wood floors, open-plan living and dining rooms and a terrace patio. Walls of tempered-glass windows take in panoramic city and bay views.
A kitchen done in contemporary fashion sports granite countertops, recessed lighting and a wide raised-glass breakfast bar. A den/office, three bedrooms and two bathrooms are within more than 1,600 square feet of living space.
Two parking spaces and storage are included with the unit.

He bought the unit in 2005 for $849,000, public records show.
Gregg Neuman of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties has the listing. The exact asking price is $1,199,900.
