Mike Myers’ former home grooves onto the market in Hollywood Hills West
A Mediterranean-style home formerly owned by actor Mike Myers and singer Nick Jonas has come on the market in Hollywood Hills West for $5.45 million.
The last time it traded hands was when Jonas sold it in 2015 for $3.4 million, records show. Myers’ ownership dates to more than a decade ago.
Built in 1938, the scenic spot sits on a hilltop lot with city views. Modern chandeliers accent the 3,600 square feet of living space, which includes a center-island kitchen and an office with vaulted ceilings and built-ins.
In the master suite, there’s a freestanding tub and walk-in closet. In total, there are four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms plus an detached guest house that provides additional space.
Oversized windows and a terrace take in the backyard, where an infinity pool is surrounded by a concrete patio.
Richard Klug of Sotheby’s International Realty holds the listing.
Myers, 54, is perhaps best known for his roles in the “Austin Powers” and “Shrek” films. The Canada native’s other credits include “Wayne’s World” (1992), “The Cat in the Hat” (2003) and “The Love Guru” (2008).
