Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green part with a Sherman Oaks house
In the latest move to uncouple their real estate holdings, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have sold a Sherman Oaks home for $1.25 million.
The actors, who separated in 2015, sold their home in Toluca Lake earlier this year.
The Valley house is a one-story, rebuilt in 2007, that blends traditional and contemporary design. A great room with vaulted ceilings unifies the living room, dining area and kitchen, which has an island and walk-in pantry.
Vaulted ceilings are also a feature of the master bedroom. A walk-in closet, double vanities, a dual shower and a stand-alone tub are among the amenities in the master suite, which opens to a koi pond with a waterfall. In all there are three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,494 square feet of living space. The yard has a living area with a fireplace.
Fox, 29, is known for her roles in the “Transformers” and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” action films. She will star in “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows,” due out in June, and the comedy film “Zeroville.”
Green, 42, gained fame starring in the 1990-2000 “Beverly Hills, 90210” series. He’s kept busy since then on “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles,” “Anger Management” and “Desperate Housewives.”
They bought the property through a trust in 2012 for $899,000.
Brenda Catalano of Coldwell Banker was the listing agent. Alan Taylor of John Aaroe Group represented the buyer.
