‘90210’ alum Luke Perry lists vintage Mediterranean-style house for sale in Hancock Park
Luke Perry of “Beverly Hills, 90210” fame has put a gated house he has owned since 1998 on the market at $2.899 million.
The actor, who has other real estate in Tennessee, bought the Mediterranean-style house for $967,500.
Built in 1933 and set on a third of an acre, the stately two-story features a formal entry with a sweeping staircase, a living room with a fireplace and French doors, a mahogany paneled den/library with a fireplace and a breakfast room.
The master suite and two other of the five bedrooms have balconies. There are three full bathrooms and a powder room.
The grounds include a swimming pool and a lawn. The three-car garage is detached.

Perry, 48, was on the television drama from 1990 to 1995 and from 1998 to 2000. More recently, he has been on the current series “Detective McLean: The Tie That Binds” and will appear in the upcoming films “Dragon Warriors” and “The Griddle House.”
