LM Pagano, decorator to stars such as Johnny Depp and Nicolas Cage, has listed her home in Hollywood Hills at $3.1 million.
The Colonial Greek Revival mansion, built in 1930, was once home to singer and actress Deanna Durbin. Features include a port-cochere, parking for 10 cars, an oversized living room with a fireplace, terraces, a card room, a conservatory, a den, an office, a butler’s pantry and a glass-enclosed porch.
There are five bedrooms, five bathrooms and 4,320 square feet of richly decorated living space.
The gated third-acre lot, large by neighborhood standards, includes a guest house.

Durbin, who died last year at 91, appeared in musical films in the 1930s and ‘40s, earning an Academy Juvenile Award at 17.
Among the lyric soprano’s film credits are “Three Smart Girls Grow Up,” “One Hundred Men and a Girl” and “Can’t Help Singing.”
The property last sold in 1994 for $475,000.
