‘New Girl’s’ Lamorne Morris parts ways with modern pad in Sherman Oaks
Lamorne Morris, the actor-comedian known for his role on the sitcom “New Girl,” has sold his home in Sherman Oaks for just shy of $1.505 million.
Tucked behind hedges and gates, the contemporary spread features a floating glass staircase, vaulted ceilings and more than 3,400 square feet of open-plan space. Decking and a rooftop patio create additional living space outdoors.
Common rooms include a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a den/office and a chef’s kitchen. The master suite has a large soaking tub for a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Outdoors, lawns and hedges surround the saltwater swimming pool.
The property previously changed hands four years ago for $1.475 million, public records show.
Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman were the listing agents. Alan Austin of Market Group Realty represented the buyer.
Morris, 33, has credits that include the films “Barbershop: The Cut” and “Sandy Wexler.” Earlier this year he joined the cast of “Game Night,” an upcoming New Line comedy starring Jason Bateman and Rachel McAdams.
