Kelly Osbourne sells Hollywood Hills West rental
Kelly Osbourne has sold her house in Hollywood Hills West for $1.3 million.
Designed by Robert Byrd and built in 1952, the recently updated home has been tenant-occupied of late. It features a bar, a den/office, one bedroom and two bathrooms.
Despite the scant 1,250 square feet of living space, the stylishly appointed home has been rented out for as much as $4,600 a month.
The 29-year-old purple-haired singer/actress is the daughter of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne. She gained fame for appearing on “The Osbournes,” which won an Emmy in 2002 for outstanding reality show.

She has since been on “Life as We Know It” (2004-05) and “Are We There Yet?” She will be in the upcoming TV movie “Sharknado 2: The Second One” this summer.
Osbourne bought the property, which has city views, in 2005 for $1.195 million, public records show.
Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland/Christie’s International Real Estate was the listing agent. Pamela Rich, also with Hilton & Hyland, represented the buyer.
