Jim Parsons puts Los Feliz home on market (Photos)
Jim Parsons of “The Big Bang Theory” has listed his house in Los Feliz at $1.85 million, The Times has confirmed.
The three-time Emmy winner for the sitcom appears to be moving up. He recently bought “Twilight” vampire Robert Pattinson’s place nearby for $6.375 million.
The 1942 traditional home he is selling sits on a hillside with city views. The 2,827 square feet of open-plan living space on two levels include a formal entry, an office, a breakfast area, three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
There are fireplaces in the living room and dining room and on the entry patio.

Parsons, 40, has starred on “The Big Bang Theory” since it began in 2007. He will be in the upcoming TV movie “The Normal Heart.”
The actor bought the home in 2009 for $1.3 million. He also owns an apartment in New York City, according to Trulia, which broke the news of the Los Feliz listing.
Ronald Shore and Samuel Bernstein of Keller Williams are the listing agents.
