Hot Property: Jack Osbourne puts 1920s Los Feliz home up for sale
Jack Osbourne, who became a reality TV star on “The Osbournes,” has put his home in Los Feliz up for sale at $2.998 million.
The restored Spanish-style villa, built in 1926, retains its authentic architecture including a central courtyard with a pool, thick wood ceiling beams, wrought-iron banisters and interior archways.
The 4,810 square feet of living space includes high ceilings, French doors, living, family and dining rooms, four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
There is a basement, and the guesthouse has a kitchenette.
Striking contemporary in Beverly Crest
Osbourne, 28, has appeared on “Dancing With the Stars” (2013), “Haunted Highway” (2012-13) and “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! NOW!” (2010-11) since his days on the family reality show starring his parents, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne. His producing work includes “Alpha Dogs” (2013) and “Osbournes Reloaded” (2009).
He bought the property in 2011 for $2.82 million, public records show.
Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, is the listing agent.
