Actress Isabel Lucas gives up her secluded retreat in Topanga
Isabel Lucas, who has been in such films as “Red Dawn” and “Immortals,” has sold her Topanga cottage for $665,000.
The renovated Craftsman-style home, built in 1926, features a wood-burning stove with a river-rock surround, wide-plank pine flooring and handmade French doors.
The 560 square feet of Bohemian-vibe interiors include a living/dining room, an updated kitchen, a spiral staircase and a second-floor master suite with vaulted wood ceilings. A courtyard provides space to dine or entertain outdoors.
A detached artist’s studio with a three-quarter bathroom has a separate patio.
Mature citrus trees, privacy hedges and a fenced garden area complete the 6,000-square-foot grounds.
Lucas, 30, was on the Australian soap opera “Home and Away” from 2003 to 2006. She starred this year in “Careful What You Wish For.” Her film credits include “The Loft” (2014), “The Water Diviner” (2014) and “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” (2009).
