A Los Feliz home recently leased by rapper French Montana has come on the market for $4.995 million.

The 30-year-old artist, known for such tracks as “Shot Caller” and “Pop That,” rented the renovated contemporary in July for $40,000, according to sources with knowledge of the listing. The owners bought the house last year for $2.698 million.

Accessed by a step-down entry, the multistory home in gated Laughlin Park features clean lines, vaulted ceilings and walls of glass centering on the downtown L.A. skyline.

Within the 5,800 square feet of space is a formal living room that opens to a dining room, a breakfast nook and a center-island kitchen. A glassed-in sky bridge set above the common rooms connects the home’s upper levels.

Amenities include a media room with red velvet walls, Art Deco details and tiered seating. An inner courtyard set below the front entry has a swimming pool and spa.

The master suite has a fireplace, a circular soaking tub and a private balcony for a total of six bedrooms and five bathrooms.
