Damien Dante Wayans finds a tenant for his Hollywood Hills house
Damien Dante Wayans of the series “Single Ladies” has found a tenant for his home in Hollywood Hills, leasing it out at $12,500 a month.
He also had listed the property for sale at $1.849 million.
Built in 1978, the designer-done Spanish style house features distressed wood floors, wrought iron, high ceilings and arched windows.

Some 3,600 square feet of living space include a living room with a fireplace, a family room with a wet bar, a formal dining room, an office, five bedrooms and four full bathrooms.
The swimming pool and spa take in valley and cityscape views.
Wayans, 35, was in the 2013 series “Second Generation Wayans.”
Public records show the actor-writer-producer bought the property in 2005 for $1.35 million.
Mica Rabineau of Nourmand & Associates and Stephanie Solomon Browne of Pacific Home Brokers were the listing agents. Marco Pirozzolo of Coldwell Banker represented the tenant.
