Former Cal Bears men’s basketball coach Cuonzo Martin, who resigned from his position last month before joining the Missouri Tigers program, has listed his home in Piedmont, Calif., for $2.495 million.

He bought the house three years ago for $2.5 million, records show.

Set up from the street, the Mediterranean-style three-story home was built in 1954 but has since been renovated. Views from the quarter-acre site partially take in the city and San Francisco Bay.

Within more than 4,100 square feet of interior space is a center-island kitchen that opens to a family room topped with exposed beams. A formal living room, a game room/den, four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms are among the living areas. An elevator services each of the home’s three floors.

Outside, professional landscaping and gardens surround a stone patio with a gas fireplace. There’s also an attached two-car garage.

Teresa Baum of Pacific Union International holds the listing.

Martin, 45, joined the Golden Bears program as head coach in 2014 and went 62-39 in three seasons while making the NCAA tournament once. His new deal with Missouri will reportedly pay him a little more than $21 million over the next seven years.
