“Avengers” and “Thor” star Chris Hemsworth, who last month moved his hammer to a new coastal location, has sold his old house in Malibu for $7 million -- $500,000 over the asking price.

The film superhero and his wife, model-actress Elsa Pataky, bought the house three years ago from actors Paul Hogan and Linda Kozlowski for $4.8 million.

Hedged by mature trees on an acre in the Point Dume area, the remodeled Victorian-style house has 6,800 square feet of space across three floors. Front-facing windows, balconies and wide verandas take in mountain and ocean views.

Remodeled interiors include formal living and dining rooms, a chef’s kitchen with a center island, a library and an atrium. Warming wood floors, contemporary light fixtures, vaulted ceilings and three glass fireplaces are among the details.

Five bedrooms and six bathrooms include a master suite with a sitting area and a pair of walk-in closets. A private lanai sits off the master bedroom.

Rolling lawns, a self-contained guesthouse and a detached garage make up the grounds.

Ryan Davis of John Aaroe Group was the listing agent. Chris Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage represented the buyer.

Hemsworth, 32, is known for his role as Thor in the Marvel cinematic universe and will star in “Thor: Ragnarok” next year. Among his other film credits are “The Cabin in the Woods” (2012), “Rush” (2013) and “Blackhat” (2015).

Pataky, 39, was in last year’s “Furious 7” as well as the two previous installments of the “Fast & Furious” franchise, “Fast & Furious 6” and “Fast Five.

The couple, who call Australia home, have since decamped to a nearby contemporary-style home of about 4,600 square feet. The gated retreat, built in 1979, has tall ceilings, a 750-bottle refrigerated wine cellar and polished concrete floors.
