Guitarist-songwriter Billy Howerdel has sold his Studio City house for $1.825 million.
The Mediterranean-style two-story, built in 2007, features 10-foot ceilings, three fireplaces, five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms in 4,000 square feet. Outdoor amenities include a kitchen with granite counters and a barbecue, a patio misting system, a fireplace, a swimming pool and a spa.
Howerdel, 43, is a founding member of the rock band A Perfect Circle. He has worked as a guitar technician for bands including Tool, Nine Inch Nails and Guns N’ Roses.
“Three Sixty,” set for November release, will feature A Perfect Circle hits from three albums and a new song.
Public records show Howerdel bought the property in 2008 for $1.685 million.
Tregg Rustad and Peter Maurice of Rodeo Realty were the listing agents. Erik Ostergard of Keller Williams’ Studio City office represented the buyer.
