Annie Potts seeks a buyer for her Tarzana spread
Actress Annie Potts has listed her home in Tarzana at $6.495 million.
Built in 1934, the restored Spanish hacienda-style house is a single story with a rustic clay tile roof and flagstone paths and patios. Among features of the 6,481 square feet of living space are a stained glass wall in the family room, interior archways, exposed beam ceilings, two fireplaces, five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
A detached guesthouse has a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom.
Two pools and a paddle tennis court complete the nearly 1.5 acres of grounds.
Potts, 61, is known to television and film audiences for her roles in “Designing Women” (1986-93), two “Ghostbusters films” (1984 and 1989) and, more recently, the series “The Fosters.”
Potts bought the property in 2003 for $2.5 million, public records show.
Anne Burkin of the Agency is the listing agent.
