Adam Carolla lists Hollywood Hills villa with a vintage pub
Comedian Adam Carolla and his wife, Lynette Paradise, have listed a Spanish Revival home for sale in Hollywood Hills at $5,299,995.
Called Vista del Lago, the estate features a vintage pub with its own entrance. Porthole windows look out to the swimming pool.
The courtyard-style villa retains its 1928 style and character in close to 5,800 square feet of living space that includes a two-story entry with a detailed ceiling, a gym, five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The dining room features cathedral ceilings, a tile-fronted fireplace and French doors. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows.
Beyond the double-gated entry of the more than half-acre property, a circular driveway leads to a 10-car garage with a lift.
