Microsoft Corp.’s Surface Pro is set to launch Saturday, but we’ve had a few days to check it out.
Although the new device is the size and shape of a tablet, it’s got the power of a laptop. However, it costs about the same as a laptop too.
There’s a lot to like and a lot to dislike about the Surface Pro, so tune in with us as we discuss the good, the bad and the heavy (at 2 pounds, the Surface Pro weighs a lot for a tablet) before this tablet goes on sale.

The Surface Pro has a 10.6-inch full HD display and uses an Intel Core i5 processor to run a full version of Windows 8. It comes with rear- and forward-facing 720p HD cameras and a stylus.
The Surface Pro costs $899 for the 64-gigabyte model and $999 for the 128-GB version.
