Since her debut as a solo artist in 1987, Riko Kohazame Weimer has been performing recitals and concerts as well as conducting master classes and ensemble coaching sessions for all instruments. In 2014, she established the Riko Method School of Piano in Atwater Village. Kohazame Weimer’s experience as an educator for students ranging from novice musicians to professional recording artists and piano teachers has earned her praise amongst an international audience. The Riko Method has come to be known not just as a product for teaching music, but as a tool to develop keen mindfulness
