Wendy Dailey’s entrepreneurial spirit, determination, and focus have led her to a career dedicated to seeing girls and women around the world achieve true joy and freedom. Teaming up with a like-minded passionate business partner, she co-founded a 501(c)(3) social enterprise dedicated to fighting human trafficking by empowering women escaping human trafficking to embrace their true identity and worth. Initially, she led U.S. operations - focusing on sales and marketing - creating a product with competitive marketplace positioning, messaging, branding, and distribution to drive demand and generate the financial resources to fund the social program. In 2016, Dailey assumed the role of president of the organization and, through her strategic and determined leadership, more than doubled the impact of the organization as measured by revenue, countries operating, workplace centers, and beneficiaries served.
