Teresa Alarcón joined Mortenson Taggart Adams LLP when the firm opened its doors in 2019 and brings over 24 years of experience in the areas of business litigation, white-collar criminal defense, and parallel administrative proceedings. She has in-depth experience in all stages of litigation from complaints, discovery, and dispositive motions through trial and post-trial motions in state and federal matters. Some of Alarcón’s recent accomplishments in just the last two years include obtaining the dismissal of several fraud and consumer litigation claims on behalf of firm clients through pre-trial dispositive motion practice, obtaining a seven-figure judgment for a firm client in a breach of contract dispute, and securing the reversal of a large adverse award issued against a client, thereby restoring a multi-million- dollar contract for the client.
