Meghan Medlin, a distinguished community leader and advocate in Orange County, has received recognition for her efforts, including being honored as a 34th District Woman of Distinction by Senator Tom Umberg and receiving awards from U.S. Congressman Lou Correa, Orange County Business Journal, Business Elite “40 Under 40,” and Connected Women of Influence. She is dedicated to the Orange County community, specializing in workforce development, recidivism reduction, poverty alleviation, and homelessness. Medlin founded the nonprofit Hub for Integration, Reentry & Employment (H.I.R.E.) to provide services and employment opportunities for formerly incarcerated individuals. Her consulting company, MWRS, offers equitable solutions for nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and private entities. She actively represents the community on various councils and committees, contributing to the betterment of lives in Orange County. Medlin’s qualifications include a B.S. in chemistry, a certificate in gang prevention and intervention, and a master of advanced study in criminology, law & society.
