Madelynn Hirneise is the CEO of Families Forward, an Irvine-based nonprofit focused on assisting families in housing crises. Under her leadership, Families Forward has grown to provide over 90 affordable housing units to at-risk and homeless families. She is a dedicated advocate for eradicating family homelessness and addressing issues such as equity, housing access, and childcare. Hirneise actively participates in various organizations combating homelessness and serves on multiple committees and advisory councils. In 2022, Families Forward helped 679 families achieve housing stability, provided meals to residents in need, offered career coaching and mental health counseling, and supplied school essentials to over 1,200 children. Hirneise’s passion for creating lasting solutions and empowering others drives her commitment to the Orange County community.
