Jessica Hubbard’s life story is one of determination and purpose. Growing up in poverty and facing challenges, she pursued education earning scholarships to the University of Florida. As a teacher, she impacted students’ lives, receiving awards for her innovative teaching methods. Motivated by her students’ struggles in the criminal justice system, Hubbard became a lawyer, serving as a compliance director and campus director for vocational colleges. Her journey came full circle when she became the director of programs and chief programs officer at Girls Inc. of Orange County, empowering young women from disadvantaged backgrounds to succeed. Now, as CEO of Casa Youth Shelter, she continues to leverage her experiences to support youth facing crises. Hubbard’s dedication to advocacy and giving back extends to her role as a board member of Women in Leadership. She has built a happy family of four alongside her husband.
