Under Susan Taylor’s leadership as president and CEO, Juice It Up! has thrived, achieving consecutive years of record-breaking sales exceeding $41 million in 2022. She’s propelled franchise development and growth, with 2022 AUV increasing by over 6.0% from the previous year. Taylor’s strategic initiatives include menu innovation, leading to significant growth in specialty smoothies and bowls. Her focus on franchisee support is driving expansion, aiming to open 10 new locations in 2023, including Juice It Up!’s entry into Arizona. Her impact extends beyond business, volunteering with Project Angel Food and supporting her alma mater UC Berkeley. Taylor’s vision and dedication have steered Juice It Up! toward unparalleled growth and community engagement. Outside of work, she volunteers at Project Angel Food, an organization that delivers tailored food to the homes of people dealing with life-threatening illnesses.
