Through tenacity, hard work, and that can-do spirit with a smile, Arianna Barrios has become both a servant leader to her hometown, serving as Mayor Pro Tem in the City of Orange, as well as the CEO of a public relations firm she started from scratch that now has nearly 20 employees and grosses about $2 million annually. Barrios founded Communications LAB in 2013 with her husband Brian Lochrie (“LAB” stands for “Lochrie and Barrios”). From humble beginnings, Communications LAB has been one of the fastest-growing public relations firms in the Southland. From five employees in 2013, the firm has quadrupled in size and now counts several Fortune 500 companies including Disney, CIGNA, and Southern California Edison, among its many clients.
