Cocktail: The Bourbon Pecan @ The Polo Lounge
The Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel is a class act. Its dapper bartenders are accommodating and professional and its classic, masculine bar is one of the best hideaways in town — especially if you’ve got money in your wallet and a mind for luxury. Each holiday season, the bar introduces a variety of festive holiday cocktails, of which the Bourbon Pecan is one. Creamy and subtlety sweet with a nutty finish, the drink pauses on the palate with ease before the bourbon burns its way down the back of the throat, heating the stomach admirably.
