QUICK TAKES - Oct. 30, 2009
NBC has decided not to order any more episodes of its freshman medical drama “Trauma,” said to be the network’s priciest new fall series, though it will finish producing the rest of its original 13-episode order. They’ll continue to air for the time being on Monday nights.
This week’s episode of “Trauma” was seen by 5.8 million viewers but attracted only 4% of the available viewers in the important demographic of 18- to 49-year-olds, a big drop from its lead-in, “Heroes.”
The network did not say what would replace “Trauma.”
