Bank of America Corp.’s board met to discuss a successor to Chief Executive Kenneth Lewis as shareholders divided on whether an insider or outsider should be hired, spokesman Robert Stickler said.
The board heard from a committee set up to find the next CEO without reaching a decision, Stickler said.
