Toyota Motor Corp. subsidiary Hino Motors Ltd. will stop making trucks in Long Beach as high oil prices and the credit crisis squelch demand.

Truck production at TABC, a parts maker that has an assembly line for Hino trucks, will be moved to a plant in West Virginia by July.

Hino produced 4,800 trucks in the fiscal year that ended March 31 at the Long Beach plant. It will continue to make parts for Toyota.
