Task force arrests 30 alleged gang members

A coalition of local, state and federal law enforcement officials arrested as many as 30 people on drug-related charges Wednesday as part of a two-year criminal investigation aimed at dismantling four gangs.
All of the alleged members of the Nuestra Familia, Nuestra Raza, Northern Structure and Norteno gangs were arrested on drug charges, FBI spokeswoman Karen Ernst said.
The suspects were taken into custody in the California cities of Stockton, Manteca, Los Banos, Merced, Hanford, Salinas, Castroville and Petaluma.
